Accessibility Statement
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using assistive technology. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.

1. Our commitment
Neesis Labs is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. Access to health information and care should not depend on how you browse the web.
2. The standard we aim for
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor and other disabilities.
3. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with correct heading order and landmark regions.
- A skip-to-content link, and a keyboard-operable interface throughout.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed or on small screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting, so animation is suppressed where you have asked for that.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages.
4. Known limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- [LIST ANY KNOWN ISSUES — e.g. third-party booking widget, PDF documents not yet tagged]
- Content supplied by third parties, including embedded scheduling or payment tools, is outside our direct control. We raise problems with those vendors when we find them.
5. Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter something you cannot use, we want to know. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.

6. Getting help another way

7. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to [ESCALATION CONTACT / ROLE] at [EMAIL].
8. Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off project. We review the site as it changes, and this statement is reviewed at least annually.
